Pre-funded pool

The pre-funded pool lets you back deals without picking each one. You deposit USDC and receive pool shares. Admins can allocate pool cash into open Deal Vaults; those allocations follow the vault's rules, including refunds back to the pool if a vault misses its target.

You can withdraw your share of the pool's unallocated cash at any time. Money allocated to a deal can only come back through a refund or that deal's outcome. Pool deposits do not pay a protocol fee.
