How it works

Every deal moves through a public lifecycle on the pipeline board. Each move is logged on the deal's timeline with the admin who made it, the date and a note, so anyone can audit the history.

  1. Suggested: a member submits a business. AI analysis runs within about a minute.
  2. Under Review: the Core Team checks the basics and the discussion.
  3. Voting: stakers vote For, Against or Abstain for 7 days. See Voting.
  4. Due Diligence: the team verifies revenue, traffic, code and contracts.
  5. Acquiring / Building: the deal is funded (treasury, Deal Vault, pool, profit flywheel or bonds) and bought or built.
  6. Operating: AI agents run operations, and net profit is reported and shared with stakers.

A deal can be moved to Rejected at any stage, with a public note explaining why.

Who decides

Core Team admins move deals between stages. Once $MAIN is live, the Voting stage is decided by stakers, weighted by their stake. Admins cannot change vote results.
